Talk and tour – You get to know us at Architectural Craftsmen and the work we do; we get to know you and your home. How do you use your space now? What works and what needs to be different?
Visualize – We take time to help you visualize the possibilities. You’d be amazed how many folks think they are impossibilities! At the end of our meeting, we’ll have an idea of your goals, budget and timeline.

Our Homework

Plan – we start to work on a bid with written specifications and estimated cost for the project. We’ll set up a second meeting to share all of this with you.

Feedback – As we review the project bid, we encourage you to ask questions about the process, and to tell us what concerns you may have or any other thoughts you have on the project. Once you’re satisfied that we can meet your needs, we’re ready to start our partnership to make your vision a reality.

The Contract – we’ll generate a contract complete with detailed plans, written specifications, project timeline, and payment schedule. When you approve the contract, we’ll be ready to get started.

Selection – While we work on selecting the right subcontractors for your project, we’ll also coordinate appointments with suppliers to help you select materials to make your project the best it can be.
Preparation – before bringing a single tool onto the worksite, we prepare your home by putting down floor protection, hanging plastic partitions, and protecting your furnishings from the construction process.
Communicate – We will continually communicate with you as we progress with your project. The secret to every good relationship is honest communication.
Finishing – As we near the end of your project, we will walk through it with you noting any points needing fine-tuning. When the punch list is complete, you will be the latest in a series of satisfied friends of Architectural Craftsmen.

Ongoing support – We at Architectural Craftsmen take care of our customers long after we’re gone. While many of our competitors offer a 1- or 2-year warranty, ours never ends. We are so confident in our workmanship that we will be there as long as you need us.
